big bawdy wellness.

Reclaim your body. Reclaim your power.

about the program

Big Bawdy Wellness is a series of drop-in classes designed for big bodied women who are ready to take their health into their own hands - without shame, pressure, or diet culture dictating the path.

You won’t find a rigid curriculum here. This is not a weight loss bootcamp or a one-size-fits-all wellness plan. Instead, you’ll find one- off classes that let you hop in when a topic speaks to you. No commitment - just healing at your pace, on your terms.

Each class is rooted in the belief that you deserve care that listens to your body. You might still choose to work with doctors, but here, you’ll also learn how to trust your own voice, gather your own tools, and begin to approach health in a way that feels holistic, sustainable and real.

Topics include:

  • Nourishing herbs packed with vitamins + minerals to support everyday wellness

  • Gut + digestive health for better energy, clarity, and flow

  • Nervous system support to reduce stress and help your body feel safe

  • Womb + sexual health, especially for those interested in fertility or conscious conception

  • Heart-centered weight release conversations that honor choice without shame

This space is for big bodied folks who are done being dismissed and ashamed for wanting to improve their health and ready to reclaim their health story.

meet the FOUNDER

A Wellness Girlie with a Big BODY and a Bigger Heart.

I’ve struggled with weight for most of my life and I’m still on that journey. But over the last 10 years, I’ve also become a wellness girlie: learning to listen to my body, heal my wounds, and release the burdens - emotional, physical, and generational - that have contributed to the weight I carry.

I’ve sat in several healing spaces - learning yoga, reiki, flower essences and herbalism. And more often than not, I was the only big bodied woman in the room. Sometimes it made me feel ashamed like I didn’t belong, like my body was proof I was doing something wrong.

One experience still sits with me. A flower essence facilitator told me that because I hadn’t lost weight, she wasn’t sure I was “doing the work.” That moment broke something in me. But it also clarified everything.

I left that space but I never left the work. Because I knew deep down: I’m not the only one who’s felt judged, dismissed, or unseen. I kept going because I knew someone like you was out there looking for someone like me.

I’ve been the big girl just trying to ease her anxiety but instead was pressured to lose weight. I’ve felt the sting of assumptions more times than I can remember. I’ve navigated the contradiction of loving wellness while feeling unwelcome or ashamed in its spaces.

That’s why I created Big Bawdy Wellness - a place where big bodied women can explore herbs, healing, and whole body care without being asked to shrink. A space to feel powerful, informed and safe.

You don’t need to prove anything. You just need to come as you are.

And I’m so glad you’re here.
